At The Honeysuckle Tribe, we’re committed to making sure every client feels comfortable and confident in our space. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our policies. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved just for you! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
You will begin receiving appointment reminders 2 days prior to your scheduled time. These reminders include links to confirm, cancel, or reschedule, or you can reply directly for assistance from a real person. If you prefer to speak over the phone, you can call our spa front desk at (931) 223-5339.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. If you do not show up for your appointment ("No-Show"), you will be charged 100% of the service amount. If you cancel and reschedule within 24 hours, the cancellation fee still applies, as your reserved time is unlikely to be rebooked.
Last-minute cancellations due to personal emergencies, work schedule changes, traffic, illness, etc., remain the responsibility of the client.
A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment.
If we need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer 50% off your next identical service and work to reschedule you as soon as possible.

Tardiness
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at The Honeysuckle Tribe and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If the service cannot be completed in the remaining time, the cancellation policy will apply.

If we do not hear from you within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a "No-Show", and your card will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Parental Consent for Minors
We offer select services to minors; however, a parent or guardian must complete a consent form at the first appointment. Please note that we do not perform Brazilian wax services on anyone under 18 years old.
Health History Forms
All clients are required to fill out a health history form before their first appointment and update it annually. If any changes occur in your health, medications, or skincare routine, please inform us before your service.
Silent Appointments
Your comfort is our priority. If you prefer a silent appointment with minimal conversation, just let us know at the beginning of your visit or mention it in the booking notes.
Safe & Private Environment
For safety and comfort, only the client receiving the service is allowed in the treatment room. The only exception is for minors receiving services, who may have a parent or guardian present.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay. Payment is due at the time of service.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address them.
